Review: I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience at Yates today. For $119, I expected more from their hand wash and wax service. These photos were taken immediately after I picked up my car. I wouldn’t mind minor water stains, but the side mirror panel wasn’t cleaned, an old leaf was still stuck in the front grill, and there were bird droppings on the back. The sunroof window had the same stain it did when I dropped off the car. My car is less than a year old and wasn’t very dirty, so it feels like the cleaning process was quite careless. Despite my reservations from recent bad reviews, I decided to give them a chance, but I was thoroughly disappointed.

Review: Went to this car wash and ordered the exterior wash plus super exterior add on since my car was a little extra dirty. It goes through the tunnel wash and then an attendant literally dry spots for 2 min and hands me the keys with the duct tape on the back wiper blade, wet spots all over, and dirt still on the car. The super exterior add on promises 25 minutes of exterior final touch. Won’t be coming here again. The wash was underwhelming at best. My car was left with visible streaks, spots, and areas that were barely touched. The employee seemed uninterested and more concerned with getting to the next car. If you’re looking for a professional and thorough car wash, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. They do not deliver on its promises and is a waste of both time and money.
