Review: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is the first time that I go to this car wash, and my experience was not a very good one. They lost my front driver rubber foot mat. When I addressed the issue to the cashier (may have been the manager) he didn’t seem to pay too much mind. The employees searched but could not find it. I know that I could have requested to speak to a manager, but I did not want to get anyone in trouble. People make mistakes, but not one person apologized, or gave me any type of solution for this inconvenience. I am highly disappointed…

Review: The dirty photos are of my car after just leaving the car wash. This location is convenient but if you are going to charge $25+ and additional for suvs please actually clean the car! I mean I shouldn’t be able to visibly still see crumbs and smudges that weren’t even attempted to be cleaned. I hate to be that person to hovers over people and brings my car back but coming here is what you will have to do to get a full service through clean. It’s almost just worth buying supplies and cleaning your vehicle yourself.Update: Don’t take your electric vehicle here at all or any car for that matter. You may ask why did I come back? Well I was a loyal customer to this location. It’s convenient, but don’t give them a second or third chance. I can’t understand how there is anything good to say here. They don’t know how to close car doors before running them through the wash. I watched their guy ride in the car through the wash. I know he had to hear the car beeping inside to notify him that a door was open. I noticed the door was cracked when they drove the car out to dry. I brought it to THEIR ATTENTION. I asked hey can y’all wipe this up immediately and they took their sweet time staring at the door.. confused? Then wanted to say it wasn’t their fault. Dude y’all actually drove the car thru the car wash!!!! Water damage to the seat and water intruded in the window sills. Just when you thought cleaning was the only issue here & giving people a second chance was the right thing to do. I asked for my money back and of course they wouldn’t comp me anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Smh. DON’T GO HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE CONVENIENCE OR MONEY. Take your car the Mr. Wash down the street and some quarters for a gas station vacuum.
