Review: Do not take your car to this place! The service was trash. They were supposed to do a dry clean on my car and instead they did a wet cleaning. Leaving my car smelling like chemicals and old water. I noticed that my mats where not cleaned still stained and dirty. When I lifted them up the underside was dripping with water on bother sides drivers, and passengers side and the back seats as well. Just drenched puddles of water! I sent it back to get dry vacuumed and instead they washed them again and still left my floors soaking wet. I had to take my car and dry vacuum it myself. Total waste if 250.00. The workers there don’t know one lick of what they are doing. NEVER AGAIN! My car smells like old water!

Review: By far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. Ever. I drove 45 minutes to deal specifically with a black-owned business. Read this before you get services and do not (I repeat, do not) support this company.I was lied to, up charged, and the owner of the company had no interest in a solution. I talked to the owner over the phone (in which there’s no way to know if its a receptionist or staff), he said come in as quickly as you can. I drove the 45 minutes for the service and my car was assessed by a young lady, not the owner. While she was assessing my car, I explained to her exactly what I need, the fact that there was water damage on the drivers side from a leak and that is my ONLY concern. I told them I don’t even want the outside of the car washed or detailed, just fix the internal issue. With the assessment the price went from $165 to $300. No problem. However, when the service is done, the car still smells. The owner comes out and tell me that I didn’t tell him about the damage EVEN though he wasn’t the person to assess the car, at all. I explained to him that I told the lady who assessed my car everything. Thats the entire point of assessing a car. He continued to interrupt me over and over, blatantly told me he wasn’t going to let me talk, accused me of not mentioning it (which qas blatant lie) and then pretty much told me to go on about my business. No solution, no empathy, no business etiquette at all. Of course, I’m floored by this selection of service.I’ve never in my life left a bad review for a black owned business. I subscribe to, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all” but when he decided to stand nose to nose with me as if I’m not a paying customer, I couldn’t help but to let people know there are hundreds of business owners who would do business a better way. The dude literally said to me “it best that you leave right now because Im starting to get pissed off”… Like, what?! Highly highly disappointed after driving past several service providers specifically do business here. I’m in shock. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Review: I’ve been coming to Sir-Wax A lot for over 20 years. The service has drastically decreased. They aren’t as meticulous about cleaning the car as the used to be. On several occasions, I’ve had to ask them to re-wipe or dry spots, etc. They have increased the prices while the level of service has decreased. I’ve patronized this business because I like to support small businesses; however, this will be my last time at this establishment. I drove up and saw that there was another increase to price which I accepted. Now, they are charging a higher rate for a wash in addition to a $15 fee for the interior. I decided okay, I’ll pay that; however, once they started cleaning my car, the owner came and said your interior will be $25. I asked why, I have leather seats and my floor mats are rubber, so you are only wiping down my seats, vacuuming, and rinsing the mats. Furthermore, you don’t touch the mats in my back hatch ever. I asked, what is the price increase for? He responded detailing. This will be my last time getting my car wash at Sir Wax A-Lot. I recommend you to go elsewhere if you want a great overall experience for getting a car wash. $90… for what!!!
