Review: Neek was great! I got a wax/buff service and everything looks super clean. I originally had it scheduled Tuesday but she rescheduled to Thursday because of rain which I appreciate because I don’t think it would’ve looked nearly as good working in the rain. She arrived half an hour early and got straight to work. Neek was very nice and made sure I was happy with everything. She listened to me and avoided a paint chip I patched on the rear of the car and even worked under a tree with falling leaves which I thought would be impossible. Overall a great experience and it seemed like she cared deeply about her work. I’ll definitely be looking forward to using her services again! I attached some photos she took to this review.

Review: Neek truly is an amazing person and an amazing worker. She showed up early and not mention squeezed me into her schedule for the very next day even though she was completely packed!! Truly recommend this company that is woman owned and a strong woman at that. It’s not easy work!! Try her out the prices might be looking rough but it’s worth every penny at the end result with her work!

Review: I am really disappointed in the service I received. We paid $350 for an exterior detail on my 2024 sedan. Numerous bug splatter and sap spots are still there, a leaf is still jammed in my grill and my windows aren’t even clear.Given their response, if you expect clear windows and bug splatter cleaned off for $350 you are sorely mistaken and should pay an upcharge. Ive had this car for only 6 months and never take it off highways and residential streets so hard to believe it could be “extra dirty” because of a couple drops of sap.I sent my fiance out post detail because I was sick, he didn’t think it looked great but didn’t want to be rude. As soon as I saw it I called them, and I didn’t “demand half my money back.” I work in person 3 days a week and they wouldn’t offer to come correct the issues any time other than the next day when I would be gone. So I suggested they offer a 50% refund in lieu of correcting the issues, which is pretty tame in my opinion.
