Review: My husband took his vehicle here because someone hit his vehicle while parked and left the scene. This company did a fantastic, amazing, awesome, beautiful job on his truck. The right passenger front was messed up, within a couple of weeks we was getting our vehicle back they clean and vacuum the inside and washed it. I will definitely be a lifetime customer if I ever need a body shop. From that to this, they replaced the entire front bumper.

Review: I found Imperial Auto Body through my insurance company, and based upon their great ratings I decided to use them for my repair job. My experience was great! The front office is very clean with amenities for the clients. The staff is very efficient, friendly and helpful. I took my car in on a Wednesday and was told that it would probably be ready on Friday. I was flabbergasted when I received a call on Friday informing me that my car was ready. I picked up my car and they had done a beautiful job with the repair. I would highly recommend Imperial Auto to anyone in need of quality auto repair.

The staff was super friendly and they immediately took my car in for an assessment. They ended up buffing out the scratches free of charge. Review: I am beyond impressed with the exceptional customer service I received! The team was incredibly efficient and trustworthy. After someone broke into my car and damaged my door, I drove here in the snow for repairs. When I got stuck in the snow across the street, one of the staff members (I wish I knew his name) came out and drove my car for me – such a kind gesture! They fixed my car within a day, and it looks brand new. I highly recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much!

Review: My car was hit by a DC city truck and my insurance company sent me to Imperial Auto Body. They did a fantastic job on my car repair and their office is super posh and inviting with a coffee bar and plush seating in their waiting area. They also have a heavenly room scent in the office. Everyone there was so nice and friendly!
