Review: Workers here are so kind and awesome. We have a new used car that we bought just a few months ago bought from a dealership. I carefully inspected for scratches when purchased and knew of every little imperfection. I decided after a few months of having it to invest in the car wash membership here. It got the job done, but as I looked at my car after each wash, I’d notice more scratches and paint chipping on the hood. I thought maybe I wasn’t noticing them other times so was more aware to look at the car before each car wash. Today made me decide to cancel my subscription after this 2 inch long deep scratch appeared after my car wash. Really sad as I can’t find other car washes close by and know that there’s probably not much or anything Flagship will do to accept this/rectify the damages. Will post any edits if I hear back from them. Pictures attached show the paint chips and scratches after today’s wash.

Review: They do an OK job. I am dealing with a disabling illness and cannot clean my car. It is quick and better than I can do. I have seen places do a more thorough job. If one of them was closer to my house I would never have kept going to flagshop.As for the membership. I was talked into a membership at the cost of 1 wash a month, that allowed as many monthly as I want. Part of it is they told me several times that price was locked in. Sure enough after a madder of months it went up immensely, and I was out a lot before I realized it. I was than told it was a promotional deal, and that was not the normal cost of a membership. It is one thing to forget to mention they gave me a promotional price but they went out of their way to say it was a set price when it wasn’t.Never using them again.

Review: I tried this car wash, went with the middle wash option (super I think), and when I got out of my car I was shocked to see what looked like rust / mineral stains that hadn’t been on my car before. It must have been from dirty rags from the people who wiped off the car after going through the machine. I couldn’t get them off scrubbing myself. I’m going to have to get it detailed now to fix the stains.

Review: The BEST detailing we’ve ever had!! Brought our big SUV for a full detail yesterday and Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job. The five year old car literally looks brand new!! We’ve used this Flagship location before for other cars and the results were equally great. Highly recommend this place for a detail. And Sebastian is terrific at working with clients!
