Review: Terrible car wash!! The worst I ever had in my life. Spare yourself time and money because this shady business is going to rip you off. $40 for this?? Their people are lazy, negligent and their supervisor Ricardo told me you came woth a dirty car!! Was I supposed to come with a clean car to a carwash?? Never will I ever again come back here and I will make sure no one that I know comes here too. They deserve zero stars

Review: I guess it’s time to start going somewhere else. If I don’t leave my trunk open to remind them to vacuum it they don’t do it. This time I left the console open and they didn’t even bother vacuuming. For $44 they should be doing a better job.

Review: the worst workers I’ve seen don’t even dry the car properly, I’m not even talking about the rest, a friend recommended it, he hadn’t been to this car wash for a long time, he said it was great, he cancelled his subscription here on the first day!!! they wash and service terribly here

Review: I recently visited Flagship Car Wash on Wisconsin Avenue and I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed. I went in for the “Ultimate” wash, expecting a thorough cleaning inside and out. However, there was no rush— in fact, it wasn’t busy at all. Yet somehow, they managed to do a shockingly poor job.The interior was hardly touched, and when I pointed this out, instead of offering to fix it, I was met with an attitude. The staff informed me that I would need to pay even more for them to actually detail my car, despite the fact that I had already paid for the Ultimate service at $44. When I showed my receipt, the response from the employee was dismissive and rude; he huffed and puffed before getting another worker, who also approached the situation with an unpleasant demeanor.Honestly, it was baffling. It was an off & on rainy day, so it’s hard to understand why they were so disrespectful and unwilling to provide the basic service I had already paid for. I left feeling frustrated, realizing that I basically paid for a vacuum and a quick run through the wash.To add insult to injury, there was no management on site to address the poor service. If you’re looking for a car wash that actually values customer service and does a decent job, steer clear of this place. Avoid Flagship Car Wash at all costs!
